Shipping time
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 24 hours, providing the item is in stock.
For bespoke, made to order items, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
If you have a specific date you need your new outfit by, please email us at shop@jumpingships.com together with any special requirements on your bespoke order.
Shipping costs
Our standard shipping cost for UK is £4.50 for orders below £50. Orders below £20 our postage charge is £2.50
We offer FREE Shipping on UK orders £50 or more
We ship worldwide. For overseas customers please contact us for shipping prices.
Returns – online/phone purchased orders
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns under following guidelines:
- You can return your item within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
- Please notify us of your return by emailing shop@jumpingships.com
- Goods must be returned in their NEW condition, with labels intact.
- We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during postage or the cost of return.
- Carriage costs will not be refunded.
- A refund for the cost of the garment will be issued on receipt of goods returned
- No returns policy is offered for garments ‘Made to order’ to customer special requirements
Returns – items purchased in store
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns under following guidelines:
- You can return your item within 2 weeks of purchase.
- Goods must be returned in their NEW condition, with labels intact.
- We are unable to offer a cash refund however you will be offered an exchange or credit note, valid for 12 months.
